Apps.

Your own apps.
Built from a template, in minutes.

Describe a form or a register in an Excel or Markdown template, drop it in your RPlay folder, and your team has an app. It works in RPlay chat on desktop and phone, and in any AI app that supports MCP Apps. No developer, no deployment.

Example template and example entry. Fields, dropdowns and who may see the register come from the sheet; RPlay renders the form and keeps the entries.

How it works.

Three steps. No code.

1. Describe it.

One Excel sheet or Markdown file: the fields, their types, the choices in a dropdown, and which team may use the register. A meeting note, a checklist, an intake form, a site report.

2. Drop it in the folder.

Put the file in your RPlay apps folder on the Mac Studio. It works immediately for everyone who may see it. Change the file, and the app changes with it.

3. Use it where you ask.

Open it in RPlay chat, dictate into it on your phone, or let it appear as a form inside Claude Desktop or another AI app that supports MCP Apps. The entries stay in your company’s records.

Included out of the box.

Start with the apps every team needs.

Ready on day one, and each one is a template you can copy and adapt.

Contacts.

People and organisations, with their history across your mail and documents.

Tasks.

A task linked to the email or meeting it came from. Due dates, owners, done.

Voice forms.

Dictate into any form on your phone: site reports, intake, inspections.

Meeting notes.

Participants from your contacts, decisions and actions extracted from your notes.

Mail.

Read, search and draft replies in your own writing style, in your own Drafts folder.

Calendar.

Today and tomorrow at a glance; briefings before an appointment.

FAQ.

Recurring questions and agreed answers, so RPlay answers the way your company does.

Lexicon.

Your own names, codes and terms, so dictation and search get them right.

Your next one.

Copy a template, rename the fields, drop it in the folder. Done.

Where it runs.

One app, every screen.

RPlay chat, desktop and phone.

RPlay’s own chat is a web app you install like an app (a PWA): on your Mac or PC, on your phone, and beside your mail in Outlook. Your apps are there as tiles.

Inside other AI apps.

Through MCP Apps, the same form appears inside a compatible AI app such as Claude Desktop. The app needs that capability; basic MCP support alone shows the data, not the form. MCP in plain language.

On your Mac Studio.

Templates, forms and entries live on your own box, next to your company’s information. No separate account per tool, no extra subscription.
