RPlay reads your sources. Your original emails, documents and business records stay in their existing systems.
The searchable index is built on your office Mac Studio. Documents remain on the fileserver, and nothing is installed on your source systems.
Each employee’s answers are limited to assigned sources. Connecting a system does not give the whole team access to everything.
Mailbox examples include IMAP and archives with attachments. File examples also include SMB shares, NAS storage, iCloud Drive and old .msg archives. Business systems connect through the access interfaces they provide, usually called APIs, with read permissions.
Optional public company research can add context about a supplier or prospect, on request and metered. Customer content is not used for those public lookups.
