RPlay chat.
The AI runs on your company’s Mac Studio. Use it on your computer, on your phone or beside an email in Outlook. No separate paid AI subscription is needed.

it just works.How it works.
Start in RPlay chat. Ask for a document, a summary or a draft. RPlay searches the sources assigned to you and brings the relevant information together.
An example.
What payment terms did we agree with Aerts Logistics, and does the last invoice match?
The signed offer of 12 January 2026 says 30 days end of month. The email thread of 9 February moved that to 45 days for 2026. Invoice 2026-0088 was booked at 30 days: it does not match the agreed 45.
Find the agreed payment terms for this client and check the related invoice.
RPlay can look across the email conversation, the contract in a shared folder and the accounting record. The available sources are agreed during setup.
Choose where you ask.

Connect a compatible app such as Claude Desktop. RPlay supplies information within your access rights. If that app uses cloud AI, selected information reaches its provider.
Compatibility and setup are checked for the app you want to use.
The connection, explained.
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard that connects an AI app to tools and information in another system.
You do not need to learn MCP or write commands. In technical language, the app is the “client” and RPlay is the “server”. The same access limits apply whichever app you use.
MCP itself does not make an app local or private. The app and AI provider you choose determine where its requests and results go.
Understand the local and cloud choices.RPlay exposes one MCP server for the company. Apps such as Claude Desktop, ChatGPT and Gemini are examples to discuss; support and connection options must be checked for your chosen app. Structured forms use the separate MCP Apps capability.
Read the official MCP specification.Behind the scenes.
RPlay reads new email, files and records, extracts text from scans and builds a searchable index on the Mac Studio.
Use the local AI to find information, summarise a file or prepare a draft. Tasks and meeting notes can appear as useful forms.
Standard answers come from the AI on your Mac Studio. For a harder question you switch on Deep thinking: RPlay chat sends it to a heavier model through OpenRouter, such as GLM, with only the request and the passages it needs. You see which mode answered. A more powerful local AI server is the alternative that keeps even that in the office.
